Paint was falling off the Moses basket bag was smelling of paint very dangerous contacted them am still waiting on refund 4 weeks later they don’t care about you they just want your money don’t buy very cheap and nasty

No correspondence on a very late delivery . We had to constantly chase . Having to arrange our own collection of the item . Just emails replying saying sorry Do not rely on anything arriving from this company ! Terrible service . Not bothered with customers .

This is the most incompetent customer service department I’ve come across. After not hearing back for week's about an UNOPENED return request. We decided to keep the bassinet. To our surprise as we were putting the stand together the support dowels were missing. What a bunch of jokers. Keep your money go elsewhere

Awful customer service, Purchased the noah pod with rocking stand. Chnaged our minds and wanted to return the product (completely untouched and unopened) and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to send this thing back. Be very careful before purchasing.

I am so so shocked and disappointed in the customer services at Clair de Lune. I ordered items for next day delivery over a week ago. Items never arrived next day. I contacted customer services straight away who informed me they didn’t know why I wasn’t delivered and was contacting the courier. They refunded me my next day payment. It has been a full week since then, 2 further emails from me asking where my items are OR where my refund is. I bought these for a baby shower and am now without the items and without the money. I’m a mother on maternity leave and every penny counts. Customer services have said they keep trying to contact the courier but can’t get a response from them. They are refusing to refund me and refusing to send out the items again. I am shocked! I am being dismissed and have never experienced a service like it. It is on them as a company to ensure my order is fulfilled or issue a refund. I am still waiting to hear from them and sending another email today. Avoid buying from here :( super upset and there is much better customer services from other companies for baby products out there!

I placed an order on Saturday morning with next-day delivery as I am 40 weeks pregnant and the Moses basket that we inherited broke! I understood that the next day delivery would not arrive until Monday with Sunday not being a working day. No updates to my order or even any tracking information available until 6pm on Monday, where I can now see that the delivery will be made on Wednesday. Have contact customer support a couple of times, no resolution or offer of support. It’s my first time ordering from the site, after hearing good things I am quite disappointed! Don’t offer next day delivery if you can’t fulfil the order the next day, and respond to your customers in a timely fashion! Being pregnant isn’t a time you should be having to worry about having your Moses basket on time - I would have ordered from elsewhere if I’d known that it was going to take this long.

There refund policy is the worst iv come across ordered a item that was £18.99 £4.95 postage .unfortunately the item was not as described so returned yo my local shop which I thought was free .my statement says still owe £10.95 emailed 3 times no response eventually had to ring to be told was charged £4.95 again and £6.95 to return never came across such extortionate return fees I have literally paid half for the item still wouldn't recommend if any chance you would need to return a item

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear about the frustration on returning your item, unfortunately to cover the cost of the Collect+ fee used we do charge a £6 fee which is in our Returns Policy and underneath the return form filled in. Alternatively we do offer our customers the option to return the item directly to us via Royal Mail if they would prefer. Once again I'm so sorry for the confusion caused.
I place an order on 19/07/2023 and received the email mentioned that they are out of stock for some of products and wait for the shipping from other country with estimates delivery expected by early August. However, I haven’t received my order until now (like a month after order confirmation) I also reply to customer service email on 09/08 but no response since then.

Keep sending out defective stock and very difficult to deal with. Takes several days for replies and the staff are pure lazy and problematic. Very small business that can’t keep up with the small demand they have.

I’ve not had a great experience with Clair de Lune from the beginning. To begin with, the discount code I applied at the checkout disappeared once I went to the PayPal app, meaning I was overcharged for my order. I then requested the order be cancelled. I received an email to say it had been cancelled and that I would receive an email confirmation. I didn’t - instead I got a delivery date confirmation. I emailed again to say I had requested the order be cancelled but that it had been ignored and received nothing back. The order was delivered and as my due date was fast approaching, we couldn’t mess about sending the order the back and source an alternative. When we opened the package, screws were missing or faulty - which for an item a newborn will be sleeping in is really worrying. Overall really underwhelmed with the item - especially as we paid full price for it. Disappointing customer care.

Although I actually like the Moses basket that I have, I am very disappointed with the customer service and also the actual process of putting the Moses basket together. It arrived impossible to put together - nothing fit together despite following instructions. If we hadn’t have drilled our own holes just to make it functional it wouldn’t have fit together at all. I sent customer service an email to complain about this and never heard anything back which is really very disappointing. I also ordered 2 baskets and returned one. It has been 2 weeks since the tracking shows they have received the return and I am still waiting for a refund and having to chase this up. As of yet no money has been returned to me, in this day and age 2 weeks is a very long time to wait to even have a refund acknowledged by a company. Overall- Nice products if you have the patience to put them together but the customer service is severely lacking.
