“Awful service, several lies over the phone and 15 days for an order to leave their warehouse and not even an email to tell us of this. We have used Clair de lune with all our children and feel like after this we won't be using them again.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for leaving a review. We're very sorry that the service you received from us this time wasn't as expected and there was a delay with your order. We had struggled during the pandemic as the majority of our products are made to order. We're back on track now with new systems in place, and a new website will be launching soon to boot, with a live chat function so you can contact us immediately, when you need to talk to us. “Waited over a month for my order. When I emailed to ask were it was I was told the address was wrong and that my order had been returned to the company. I received no emails or phone calls to advise that the address was wrong and when I asked for my order to be resent I was told it was out of stock!! I emailed again and received no reply. Again I emailed and received a response and when I replied to that email I received no response again. Finally after 5 weeks I received my order.”
