Although I actually like the Moses basket that I have, I am very disappointed with the customer service and also the actual process of putting the Moses basket together. It arrived impossible to put together - nothing fit together despite following instructions. If we hadn’t have drilled our own holes just to make it functional it wouldn’t have fit together at all. I sent customer service an email to complain about this and never heard anything back which is really very disappointing. I also ordered 2 baskets and returned one. It has been 2 weeks since the tracking shows they have received the return and I am still waiting for a refund and having to chase this up. As of yet no money has been returned to me, in this day and age 2 weeks is a very long time to wait to even have a refund acknowledged by a company. Overall- Nice products if you have the patience to put them together but the customer service is severely lacking.

Ordered online as a gift . Box came ripped with screws missing , emailed customer service who have sent the wrong screws. Quality of product is bad and parts incorrrect and screws that were sent are incorrect. Wouldn’t recommend refusing to refund also 0/10

I had a problem with a Moses basket stand. One of the screws wouldn’t tighten into the hole. I wrote to ask for advice, I was replied to fairly quickly but asked to send a photo of the screw. I have no idea how a photo of a screw helps their team determine whether a screw fits into a hole. But sent the photo, as requested. I have never received a reply to my email. My new Grandson came to stay this week so I’ve had to glue the screw in place, so the stand can be used. However I now won’t be able to pack it away, for next time. Very disappointing.

Our Moses basket arrived with screws missing so we called straight away to be told we had missed the post on that day but they would be sent the following day, we are still waiting 3 weeks on! Our Moses basket currently can’t be used so let’s hope baby doesn’t come before we can source the screws ourself. Really disappointed.

Bought the white moses basket with deluxe rocking stand and drape. The screws didn't align with the dowelling rods, the rods split, the stand for the drape is flimsy and is not firm enough to stand without looking like it will fall over. The mattress for the moses basket is a cheap and very thin scratching substance that is not a foam and the cover is thin, no quilting or padding and definitely doesn't look like it would manage if a nappy leaked! It looks like any weight baby would feel the wooden woven base of the moses basket if placed onto the mattress! Yes, we messaged the supplier about the issues with the damaged stand and the flimsy thing they passed off as a mattress. No, they did not reply. Yes, we contacted Clair de lune directly! No... No reply from Clair de lune either! So, after spending a good amount of money on a so called, quality product... We now have to buy a new mattress, one that's of a good enough quality and fit for a baby, and we need to buy a replacement stand, one without design flaws and that is actually fit for purpose! So many people have had issues with Clair de lune and had to wait months for returns/spare parts.. Clair de lune... Where should our babies sleep while they wait for you to sort out your shoddy products???? On the floor????? Your after sales service is a disgrace and we will for one, be reporting your products and lack of after care regarding goods not fit for purpose and made from substandard materials and with shoddy workmanship and poor design.. to trading standards. These products are for new born, vulnerable babies! It's not like you sell inexpensive products, they are advertised as quality, but in effect, they are poor... Very very poor. Step up and stop conning new mums out of their hard earned cash!

Extremely disappointed!! As, I never received my goods. The fed ex courier service has lost my parcel and still yet today I have not heard from their company. Where my parcel is? Felt really upset as it was a baby shower present I could not give it to her. This left me unhappy!

The mattress that came with the Rachel Riley set is beyond bad. I may as well lay a sheet of rock for my baby to sleep on. I don’t see why I need to upgrade to a better mattress and pay £20 for the honour! I have ordered a custom made one to avoid the disappointment of Clare de Lune

Deliveries were all late, took numerous calls to C/S to get order in full. Products were nice though and C/S were helpful but I wouldn’t but again.

Terrible terrible service I have not received my order, it’s stuck somewhere unknown with the DPD delivery service and the CDL customer service team is not willing to help trace it, or issue a refund. I have been trying to find my items on my own for several weeks.

I put in a refund request As the items ordered where no good. I’ve still heard nothing back about sending items back to yourselves this was way before Christmas so probably too late to send back now. Very disappointed also as soon as I had placed the order I had emailed to say I had clicked on the wrong measurements and you where unable to help as it took so long to reply the items had already left the warehouse

We ordered a Moses basket and stand. We left it in the box until a month before baby was born after a brief check. Upon getting the basket out of the box we saw the wicker had cracked and broken leaving sharp edges. I contacted the company who could only offer a small refund. I would have chosen an exchange however there was barely any stock left and I was running out of time! Moving forward my baby was born! He slept in his Moses basket for one night before we noticed more wicker had been snapped. So badly that it scagged material as you walk by! After the second night the stand (which was built as per instructions) was wobbly. It was way too unsafe for my newborn therefore have taken apart, and purchased a Moses basket and stand from a different company as it is just not safe for my baby. I have contacted the company for a refund and to collect their item. However I am yet to hear back. This is highly concerning after just 2 uses with a newborn!!

I was very excited to place my order with Clair de Lune. There were no problems regarding purchasing and delivery however the quality of the products is very poor. I bought crib and pram sheets and not only are they very thin, they aren’t very soft. I did not bother to return as my Mum had already experienced unpleasant Customer Service regarding a Moses Basket she purchased on my behalf. Very disappointing!

Ordered a stand for a Moses basket and it didn’t arrive, was advised another would be sent out, that didn’t arrive so emailed a couple of times and received no response so had to phone. Was then advised they had none left and issued a refund! Service very poor
