“Ordered a high chair which was great, sadly came with a broken foor tray rest. I emailed customer services and spoke to Robyn who hastily sorted a replacement tray which came the next day. Lovely high chair and friendly, helpful customer service staff! Would definetly recommend the high chair and buying from this brand.”

The moses basket was delivered with the incorrect screws along with cracks and the wicker basket splintering which could cause harm and injury. Not interested in resolving the issue, stating theres nothing wrong with the product. Do Not Purchase from them”
