Poor quality items for the cost, I ordered a moses basket stand amongst other things, which is not sturdy and looked discoloured. The company also do not cover return postage costs, and you also need to call to get a number to be able to return, so much hassle when there are plenty of companies who make a process like this much easier. I Would recommend that you order from somewhere that does offer free returns.

Very disappointed with the quality especially for the price we paid. Missing fixings, misplaced screw holes, very thin mattress, ill fitting mattress sheets!!!! We returned the Moses basket for a full refund.

The most unprofessional and useless company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They caused me a lot of stress before my baby was born and even now, 2 months later, they are completely unhelpful. Oh and they also think they can charge "just £99" for a replacement basket liner! What a joke!

The Moses basket was very poor quality the hood doesn’t stay up and when I try to pull it up the back of the hood comes up.

I revived a Moses basket that was not steady on the stand! I emailed and was advised that I would receive a new one nearly two weeks ago! My baby has now arrived and it’s still not here! I’ve not even had an email response from my latest email! Appalling service

Paid for a mobile cot, cot bedding and a set bedding for a Moses And never arrive the set bedding For Moses and you still charge me for that !!! Send a messege and never get a answer back, I wont buy anything again from you.

Terrible service. Ordered a pregnancy pillow at the start of the year. I never received the pillow and although had some contact with customer service, I never received a refund either. Would not recommend.

We're very sorry that we didn't keep you fully up to date but we're now back on top of things in our factory. Sincerest apologies that you had to wait longer than you should have.
Seriously poor customer service. Payment was taken for a product that was not in stock however this had not been advised at the time of purchase, only after chasing CDL twice did I receive a very unprofessional reply as to why my order was taking so long. Finally did get the bedding which is nice.

Wouldn't recommend this. The basket is lovely to look at but the mattress is extremely poor quality and gave my 4 day old baby dents at the back of her head from a sunken matress that she only used for 2 days at night. She was effectively laying on the hard wicker due to the matress becoming sunken. Very disappointing.

My order was placed on the 24th February and it never arrived, despite chasing it on several occasions and promises from the company. I placed a order with another company and it arrived within the week .

Very bad service. My order took many weeks to arrive, and i was not updated on the order. I had to phone on a number of occasions to chase up my order. The staff are also dishonest and told me multiple lies about the order. In one phonecall I was told that the stock had arrived and will be posted out to me the next day, my order did not arrive, i chased it up again and they told me that it is still being made. Do they order their stock or do they make it? Also the quality of the products is not worth the money. The duvets look very cheap and are badly made. This is my fourth baby, and each time I have used Clair de Lune, and the quality has definately gone downhill.

Terrible customer service. Ordered Moses basket stand in May. Cancelled it in June. Received no refund but got the items in July. Asked for a refund which was like getting blood out of a stone. Retuned then item and received some of the refund and now just given up trying for the rest. False promises of when I should get the item. Kept telling me it had been cancelled and I’d been refunded but no such luck.

Awful service, several lies over the phone and 15 days for an order to leave their warehouse and not even an email to tell us of this. We have used Clair de lune with all our children and feel like after this we won't be using them again.
