Two stars because although I am happy with the Moses basket, liner and sheets we bought, there were what we considered to be serious issues with the supposed “next day” delivery. We ordered a Moses basket bundle first in my partners name and paid for next day delivery as we urgently needed it; it didn’t arrive the next day. When the bundle did arrive I realised we needed a liner and some more sheets quite urgently and paid for next day delivery on the Thursday; they didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. What I found most upsetting was that I ordered items for a baby (in this case, a very young baby) from a company that purportedly specialises in this field and I would have thought I had made it clear by paying for next day delivery that I needed these items THE NEXT DAY, not almost a week later. Overall, the items are good and do what we needed them for but we found the company very disappointing in terms of the delivery times and can’t help but think this shows a distinct disregard for the needs of parents of very young babies.

I bought a Moses basket and stand bundle in the sale. However, after two weeks, nothing had arrived. I contacted customer services and was told my purchase was in their system as a 'pre-order' and that it would not be dispatched for a few more weeks. I was given the option to wait or be refunded. I decided to proceed but requested the delivery fee be refunded as the order would be considerably longer than the standard 3-5 days. The Moses basket arrived as planned a few weeks later and is great for the price. It's just a shame the delays were not communicated to me and I had to seek out answers.

I ordered the 80th edition Moses basket with the drape. The Moses basket arrived with no drape, I contacted the customer service team and they sent out a new drape but without any screws and therefore still could not put this up. I don’t believe the value of this is great when the full product isn’t received.

I ordered a 'set' of a moses basket waterproof sheet and pack two sheets and was given the option of Palm or Wicker size. Upon arrival the waterproof sheet was perfect but the sheets were bigger and therefore were baggy around the mattress. When I questioned this I was told the sheets were a standard size so not sure why it asked you to tick the size of basket you owned? Added to this was a postage cost to both order and return which ultimately cost more than the order itself. It was a very disappointing response and sadly I won't be ordering again in the future.

The stand isn’t very sturdy, the plastic that goes around the top has to be on the last setting or the basket doesn’t fit on the stand properly because the plastic bumps into the wicker. I don’t think the finish is great on the wicker and all the wadding is visible which I think for the money could be better!

customer service could be an experience. Their deliver company ( fedEx) took the initiative to deliver when I wasn't home without even asking if it was ok ( deliver was scheduled for another day) and when I try to reach them it was impossible. I have to dealt with Claire de lune that with no common sense tried to wash hand and not want to take responsibilities and then when I was to the point to ask refund tried unsuccessfully with FedEx. In the end they deliver my item while I was working and as I m living in London risk of stolen package is always around corner. When ur deliver provider is u0nprofessional u have respond of it. Customers don t choose them customers wants just the item they purchased delivered safety!

I ordered the Honeycomb Palm Moses Basket at the sale price of £29.99 (usually £64.99) I received a call later on in the day before my order was dispatched that the basket was out of stock and I would need to look for an alternative. The advisor suggested Marshmallow Palm Moses Basket which is £74.99. I thought that maybe the advisor would match the price of the original product because it wasn't my fault that the item was and IS STILL showing as in stock on the website but no the advisor said I needed to pay the difference before the order could be dispatched. I stupidly did this because I needed a Moses basket urgently. I then found a 20% discount code on the website and rang back to have this added on to my order. A discount or a price match should have been offered first by the advisor. Is the basket really out of stock because it is still available on your website or did the advisor call to just make an add on sale?

Customer service was terrible, delived to the wrong address I tried to contact them and prove my email was different to theirs but they was very rude and said tough that's what it says to them so that's what it is, also told them the box came very badly damaged once again they wasn't interested and just said that that's the box what more do I want them to do but as it was a gift I didn't want to take it out the packing amd give it unboxed

Unfortunately this time ordering I experienced some problems, 1-2 working days delivery but did not receive order for 3 weeks. I had to chase it up 2 times to be told it was being dispatched that day and it both times it was never sent.

Slow delivery and items missing when it did arrive. I still have no idea when the missing items are going to be delivered. I doubt I will use this company again =(

I ordered a Bumper and Quilt set from Clair de Lune, the items are of surprisingly poor quality, uneven padding and stitching. Both items have been tightly packed and are covered in creases, but they cannot be ironed, returns process is unwieldy and costly. I'll not use this company again.

I ordered a Moses basket and stand. Firstly, I can’t really fault the product itself for value. However, the stand was missing and after emailing I had to reach out on social media just for a response. I then had to send photos of what I had received… finally got another stand delivered. Husband built it all up and it’s the wrong colour of stand… we have a grey stand with a natural basket.

Bought this mattress to replace an older one and despite saying it was the same size this one did not fit. Sales team unhelpful and recommended another mattress which was also the wrong size. Had to pay for delivery and returns even though I ordered on good faith the product would fit based on description. Not impressed as ended up quite out oh pocket

Ordered Moses basket thinking I was getting a luxury product and something special for the new arrival. Was so disappointed with quality of palm Moses basket. A lot of shedding, bedding materials felt cheap and thin, hood would not attach well or stay upright. Customer services although helped to have product returned did not offer any alternative basket of better quality which makes me think it’s a common problem with all their products. Eventually brought one half the price from another brand and it was 10 times better! I would not recommend.

No fixings for Moses basket stand. Had to wait for them to be posted. Therefore my new grandsons basket couldn’t be used on his first visit.
