“Ordered the dimple palm moses basket and rocking stand along with the hundred blanket and 2 sheets for mattress. The moses basket is poor quality very flymsey and looks cheaper than the pic online.... the white dimple sheet hood is terrible and the coverlet has no attachment to secure it iver the top of the moses basket so nothing like the picture. Order was also missing washers for screws so these were dispatched separately. Unfortunately we had already assembled the rocking stand as baby is due and have now been advised this is none returnable so now we are left with a stand we cannot return. Had to buy a different moses basket which the stand wouldn't fit. Not very happy with overall experience would advise against the product I bought as doesn't look like the pic online.”

“I have a Moses basket and misplaced a part on it, emailed them to ask for replacement and I offered to cover cost, they emailed back quickly and said they will resend at no extra cost to me, fantastic service, thank you to Jessie James at customer services”

“I ordered a bundle deal Moses basket with rocking stand, unfortunately there were a small pack of fittings missing.. Clair-de-lune have such fantastic customer services.. was easy to get in touch, had more or less immediate response and the items I need are being posted and should arrive the next day. Our order arrived very prompt so I have no doubt that the fittings will arrive quickly also. Very helpful and the product is absolutely gorgeous and good quality.”

“The mattress that came with the Rachel Riley set is beyond bad. I may as well lay a sheet of rock for my baby to sleep on. I don’t see why I need to upgrade to a better mattress and pay £20 for the honour! I have ordered a custom made one to avoid the disappointment of Clare de Lune”

“I ordered a Bumper and Quilt set from Clair de Lune, the items are of surprisingly poor quality, uneven padding and stitching. Both items have been tightly packed and are covered in creases, but they cannot be ironed, returns process is unwieldy and costly. I'll not use this company again.”

“I emailed Clair de Lune on the off chance they could help, I'm due my second baby and upon funding my moses basket found a strap off the stand was damaged. I received a reply within 24 hours from a lovely advisor called Jesse who asked me to confirm what stand it was, again after a quick reply I was told replacement straps were ordered for me free of charge. I have never contacted a company and received such straight forward, genuine and warm replies and the whol issue resolved after just 2 emails. It really is customer service like this that brings repeat custom and I've already been recommending the company to other mums I know due with babies soon. Thank you so much.”

“The Moses basket, Marshmallow, cream bedding set and waffle blanket I bought were absolutely beautiful. It all arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. There was an issue with some marks on the ordered rocker stand for the basket but this was resolved very quickly by Jessey James in customer services. Jessie was extremely professional, kind and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clair de Lune.”
