“Extremely disappointed!! As, I never received my goods. The fed ex courier service has lost my parcel and still yet today I have not heard from their company. Where my parcel is? Felt really upset as it was a baby shower present I could not give it to her. This left me unhappy!”

“Very difficult to assemble. Instructions advise to use hand screw driver to insert screws into the wooden base to avoid any damage to the wood, unfortunately screws provided are too wide and the wooden base has much narrower hole in them therefore makes the job near impossible and would give wrist sprains! The overall look of the basket is nice but the base does not have a trademark stamp of clair de lune on it so seems as if bought from any random shop.”
