“We ordered a Moses basket and stand. We left it in the box until a month before baby was born after a brief check. Upon getting the basket out of the box we saw the wicker had cracked and broken leaving sharp edges. I contacted the company who could only offer a small refund. I would have chosen an exchange however there was barely any stock left and I was running out of time! Moving forward my baby was born! He slept in his Moses basket for one night before we noticed more wicker had been snapped. So badly that it scagged material as you walk by! After the second night the stand (which was built as per instructions) was wobbly. It was way too unsafe for my newborn therefore have taken apart, and purchased a Moses basket and stand from a different company as it is just not safe for my baby. I have contacted the company for a refund and to collect their item. However I am yet to hear back. This is highly concerning after just 2 uses with a newborn!!”

“I was very excited to place my order with Clair de Lune. There were no problems regarding purchasing and delivery however the quality of the products is very poor. I bought crib and pram sheets and not only are they very thin, they aren’t very soft. I did not bother to return as my Mum had already experienced unpleasant Customer Service regarding a Moses Basket she purchased on my behalf. Very disappointing!”
