I was at a loss about what to do as I had bought a Clair-de-line Moses basket from an on-line store who were unable to help with the parts I needed. I sent an email to the customer services at their website and the response was fantastic. The lady was kind and showed interest in my need for help. She dispatched the parts without charge. What a fantastic service.
