“I ordered a Moses basket and stand. Firstly, I can’t really fault the product itself for value. However, the stand was missing and after emailing I had to reach out on social media just for a response. I then had to send photos of what I had received… finally got another stand delivered. Husband built it all up and it’s the wrong colour of stand… we have a grey stand with a natural basket.”

I emailed customer service and Jessey replied promptly and arranged a collection and replacement to be delivered ASAP. New moses basket and stand have arrived and both looka fine, haven't used it but looks good quality.”

“I was expecting a bit more from it looking at the price, My husband had a big trouble with attaching hood, even attached was not standing for too long- totally useless feature. My baby liked sleeping in it but I could use it only until she was 3 months old as she was too big and had no space - again I expect to have it bit longer then that.”

“I put in a refund request As the items ordered where no good. I’ve still heard nothing back about sending items back to yourselves this was way before Christmas so probably too late to send back now. Very disappointed also as soon as I had placed the order I had emailed to say I had clicked on the wrong measurements and you where unable to help as it took so long to reply the items had already left the warehouse”

“Our delivery was delayed significantly due to the delivery company which was upsetting. However the service given by Clair de lune made up for this. The issue was resolved and we received our order. The Moses basket we ordered is beautiful, well priced and sturdy. We can’t wait to use it.”

“Ordered before Christmas as baby was not due until Feb. After the order we were told that the baby will be here 4 weeks early. As we only had the moses basket, i emailed sales and spoke with Jessey. Upon speaking to Jessie and explaining our situation, Jessie has gone to the warehouse and took it upon herself to get this picked, packaged and posted. The parcel will now be with us on Friday. Exceptional customer service by Jessie. I will be buying from here again. Thanks Jessie”
