I was very impressed by the friendly, efficient service when I was insuring my new vehicle in March. My previous insurer didn't want to know, as it said it couldn't cover my car, a PHEV, because it wasn't on their list. However, when I went on Compare the Market, they were prepared to offer two extortionate quotes! I didn't proceed, but soon after leaving the website, City Insurance contacted me. They offered me a policy with LV=, which I accepted, at a far more reasonable price than they had offed on the website. I was delighted, and have told many of my friends to contact City Insurance when they are about to renew their insurance.
