Ordered a ring for a birthday present they sent the wrong ring. When I returned the ring at my own cost they could not honour my order and without contact sent me a refund leaving me in the lurch ! Do not buy from this site

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a Watch that was supposedly on sale only to have a phone call 3 days later to say they will not honour the price as it was a ‘pricing error’ No apology whatsoever. They have done the same with lots of people. I will never order from this company again. Be wary about ordering any items which are in the sale.

I bought a sale item, and had not received a tracking number or an email confirmation that the watch had been sent out. Chased it up to find out it was in a store that could only send it out after lock down. Another week goes by and I get an email saying the watch is out of stock two weeks after me paying for it! Meaning they sold my watch. I say my watch as I had already payed for it. So I asked for them to get me another as it was there fault. The company has now discontinued the watch. Worst experience ever! Was supposed to be a wedding gift for my fiancé. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They do not honour the customer service nor do they honour their customers! Do NOT SHOP HERE

Worst online shopping experience ive ever had. Bought two separate watches. Neither of them gave me an order confirmations/tracking numbers. Terrible communications online. Final watch arrived which i spent over 1.5k on which should have come with a winder. It didnt and i was told there would be a shipment of them in october. I asked again at this time and to this day ive had no response or winder.

I have used yourselves in the past by visiting stores and I've always had good service. I purchased my wife's engagement ring many years ago too and the customer service was brilliant but this purchase hasn't been. I appreciate things are difficult right now but the whole process has been awful. The ring I purchased wasn't available so you agreed to resize another which I was fine with. The processing dates were longer than expected but again I overlooked this. The ring arriving as completely the wrong size I cannot overlook though and I am still waiting for a response on this.

Absolutely appalling company and even worse customer service. I was in charge of getting a leaving present for a much valued colleague at work and choose a beautiful pair of Thomas Sarbo earrings. I ordered them on line and 8 days later I contacted them to see where the earring were. 3 days after that I receive a reply to say they werent in stock! I asked them to call me immediately to rectify the situation as I needed a leaving present. 4 messages and 3 days later I’m still waiting a reply and a long standing member of my team left today without a gift. They still have my money and have not issued a refund. Please avoid at all costs.

This company appears to have a track record of showing items in stock, taking your money and not giving you any sort of update except a confirmation email that your order has been placed. Once you contact them they suddenly tell you that the item isn't in stock. Oh, and you need to call as they don't answer your emails for an update and don't contact you to let you know in the first place! Suffice to say I won't be using Chisholm Hunter again and will be making sure that other people I know don't waste their time either.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. I placed an order with an advisor via live chat, chased continually for updates on deliver. A week later was told order had been cancelled. Spoke with the regional manager who could not be less helpfull and rude.

Wrong item sent.sent it back asking for correct item to be sent.waited a week no item.rang asking where my item was .advised it would be posted that night.still waiting

I ordered on the 20th October and have still to receive the earrings. I have emailed customer services and have yet to receive any response. Very disappointed. Bought as a gift and was unable to give my step daughter them.

Still haven’t had my refund! Sent the goods back 19/10, had no notification that you had received my return - nor (till I emailed) did I have any notice that my refund would take 14 working days!! .... disgraceful

Bottom line: Do not use Chisholm Hunter - they only care about the sale and then provide honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They will not reply to your emails and will not send you what you want because they do not pay attention to details and do not care about keeping their customers in the loop. Isaac Brown should not be working in their customer services department. Two months down the line and I still do not have the watch and strap I originally ordered - unbelievable. In detail: Ordered a nomos metro + small size strap from their website end of August after speaking with Isaac Brown through their online chat function. Received the watch the following day only to find that the watch was clearly not new - the leather watch strap was very worn, turning brown with creases in the strap and even turning green on the underside of the strap. In addition the small strap they sent me didn't have a buckle or clasp - i.e. useless. Contacted them immediately and complained, Isaac agreed to order a brand new one from Nomos direct. Heard nothing for a month, so contacted Chisholm Hunter myself, who reported the order had been made, BUT they had no idea if the request had been received by nomos or if the watch had been dispatched. Isaac again said he would sort this for me and email me to update of the estimated arrival date. again heard nothing for a few days. Had to contact Chisholm again myself. No reply. Emailed Isaac again - no reply. In the end had to go online to chat and ask to put in a formal complaint before I got to speak to Dustin the manager. He was more helpful and arranged a partial discount to compensate for my time wasted and poor customer service. And agreed to finally send me a new watch strap. Two weeks later, still not received watch strap, had to email again and then received a large watch strap which was too big (I had specified all along a small or medium) Again had to contact them to complain, no replies to two emails. Spoke to Isaac via online chat - again said he would sort it and I asked him to confirm by email. No email received. Today had to complain again and got through to Dustin who has said he will sort it and send a new strap out today/tomorrow. Let's see what turns up... I'd recommend you buy elsewhere.

Ordered a watch.... finance application approved.... deposit paid .... only to receive an email the next day that this company does not have the watch in stock on their own web site and they can’t get the watch. Four days later I can still order this watch.... CHISHOLM HUNTER GET A GRIP UPDATE YOUR WEB SITE... really not good enough.... and you’ve been trading since 1857 . Shocking

Your refund process takes too long (and I’m still waiting) especially when I’ve paid additional postage for secure delivery. Megan replied to my query about this via your website and I also spoke to her over the phone confirming you have received the item and was waiting for your accountant to process the refund. Very poor service and reading the comments others have or are experiencing the same issue.

Hi Ranjith, Your refund would have been processed the day we received your return. Unfortunately, you created a dispute case in PayPal that prevents us from refunding the order. We notified you about this issue on the day you raised the dispute. This is the reason you have not received a refund. Until you cancel the PayPal dispute, we will not be able to process your refund. Worst service I have encountered in terms of delivery. Promised delivery for a certain date and charged for this, but never happened. Online team promising things which phone team said they shouldn't have. Different answers with every call. Miscommunication on another level.
