I ordered 2 items. A week later I was told one item was not available. It was still on the website and continued to be. Disappointing.

I recently visited the Leeds shop and had to wait over 2h to have a link taken out of my new watch, I understand that customers are priority but they started to serve another customer before the only person accomplished could take a link out. Once the link was taken out I felt rushed into leaving and really could have done with another link taking out but was advised my wrist would swell up in the summer so all is fine so due to being felt uneasy I left and will now need to return to store a second time for this to be done.

Delivery was great but the handling of the product was sub par. Not sure if the watch was brand new or not since it had dents already. Either it was suppose to be second hand or just bad handling by the packer. Had to return it as it is of a high value in which I expected it to be brand new.

Communication was rather stop-start and spent time updating and chasing the order myself.Spoke to several different personel and then found that it was not possible to purchase a second ring of same design.Eventually after chasing order arrived in time but confusion and different details given in relation to sizing alteration

I ordered beautiful earrings again as a gift and all was well and they arrived safely on time! I was disappointed that when I opened the parcel there was NO gift bag! That was disappointing!

Quick delivery ahead of scheduled time, well packaged parcel however actual item box is totally damaged so it's a bit disappointing to gift a broken box to someone!

Returns process in store poor - had to get a handwritten proof of return, they had to then send back to their web team to start refund process. Received an email asking if I wanted to exchange rather than return when I had already chosen to return. This went to junk email delaying even further. I think system needs brought up to date as seemed very inconvenient. No issues with buying parcel received promptly.

Service was good. The watch I bought is great, only downside is the strap on the watch is small I can buy a longer strap from Tissot web site but it costs £80 plus delivery. But Chisholm Hunter were excellent to deal with.

Orfwted earrings. Website description misleading . 1st online chat with assistant unhelpful and unproductive. 2nd one inaccurate . Proper phone call MUCH better. Still disappointed as delivery time way over what was promised initially but subsequent real life phone calls with people were excellent and eventually I got exactly what I wanted!

This was an online purchase. The jewellery itself was lovely and it was delivered on time. However, the reason I bought from Chisholm Hunter was due to the reputation for quality. Nothing was branded Chisholm Hunter-I didn’t receive a gift bag and the gift box wasn’t branded either. I could have bought it anywhere. Disappointing.

Your good but Royal Mail Aren’t. They still have not delivered this. I’ve been kept on hold to them on the phone for hours. I’ve now lodged a complaint. Regards

The watch that I ordered arrived and it was tarnished. I returned it to one of your stores and the very helpful sales associate ordered me a new one but asked that links were removed before it was sent to me as I required it for a certain day. The watch arrived in better condition, but no links were removed which meant that I needed to go and get the watched resized myself.

Item was faulty, seemed to be more than one person contacting me regarding refund, therefore my instruction to refund had to be repeated. Overall, the service was ok and hopefully my refund appears in the time frame they advised.
