Bracelet too small. Took it to shop in town to see if there was a bigger size. Told too late to return. Explained we had been snowed in for two days made no difference. Wouln not use this company again.

Bought a diamond cross that was smaller than I expected but was also slightly bent so I returned. Disappointed that they did not refund the return postage when the item was damaged, even though I bought another more expensive item- as a result would not use again.

Added to the fact that my granddaughter had purchased a watch for my husbands birthday we also found the watch I purchased from you at a cost of £580 for £100 less (£480) in another jewellers.

Satisfied with the Garmin Fenix 8. Disappointed with the use of Royal Mail for delivery (poor standard). Also disappointed that the watch showed a gift would be provided with the watch but because I used a 10% discount code, the gift was removed

Easy to deal with and well priced. The only issue i had is they clearly sent me a returned or display watch. The plastic protection on the watch had been added by someone other than the manafacturer as it was extremely badly fitted and loose, plus the mounting in the box was the wrong size.

Ordered a Longines Hydroconquest online. Was in stock but got a call 15 mins after purchase to say out off stock but might be able to order in. Call back a few days later & told it could take 10 days but after that time heard nothing so called back again & told it would be a few more days. Basically after 3 weeks I called to cancel the order & got told someone would have to call me back. When they did & I said I wanted to cancel told me they had the watch in front of them & as I still wanted it I said fine & I did receive it next again day. Problem was with the communication as basically there was none & I had to keep chasing so to me that’s poor customer service.

Bought a pair of earrings but sent an empty box and then sent the earrings from another manufacturers I found this very unprofessional and will not be buying from them again

I bought a watch from the Arndale Manchester store which turned out to be 2nd hand. The replacement watch for this is being classed as a SPECIAL ORDER. I now want to cancel for a refund but have been told I can't due to the special order. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANIES REFUND POLICY. The situation is still ongoing and I am dealing with Managers Michael and Asal. Very disappointed in this company.

I ordered the bracelet on arrival it was too big so i called to the bluewater branch and was advised i could habe it made smaller ( extra cost) i was then advised it would be ready 2/3 weeks I rang the store and was told it is due in tomorrow (last Friday) i drove to the store to collect and it was not there I was informed they would post and would arrive Tuesday Today is Wednesday and no arrival no update no phone call!!

Spent £900 on a bracelet purchased online, the bracelet arrived twisted, had to take to shop to then have it sent away to receive a replacement 3 days later, very poor despite receive a confirmation that the bracelet had been signed off and checked before being sent

As much as I would like to say my experience has been positive, I can't. "Mixed" would be the fairest. Having ordered a watch, with a very strong discount admittedly, the watch duly arrived. It took a few days longer than anticipated and used Royal Mail shipping, which I never really enjoy for high-value items. Upon opening the "new" watch, which even came with an "inspected by" sheet reassuringly telling me the watch had been thoroughly prepped before dispatch and visually inspected, it was very very far away from new. It had been worn extensively, with a heavily scratched bracelet and wear marks on the bronze inner, not just from atmospheric ageing as you get with bronze. This was extensive wear. Returns took another few days and, having had the experience somewhat soured, I requested a refund. I would state my dealings with the team have been efficient and courteous at all times - certainly one of the best on the communication side. At the end of the day, I'm not paying for the communication, which is a shame as if the condition has indeed been as new, I'd be a happy customer and the tone of this review would be markedly different.

Delighted with the ring only downside was the returns label which meant my wife knew what it was, so was dishearted at the suprise

Not the most pleased with my Rolex Yacht Master. Had purchased it and paid full price it being damaged upon the images shown online. Was guaranteed that there would be no issue as it had been serviced and refurbished. When the watch had arrived it was damaged and the box allocated was for a ladies watch and not original. Extremely disappointed. Would prefer if a manager could contact me to discuss this further as for a watch buyer to receive something which isn’t stated correctly is appalling.
