Yes I was happy with the purchase but when I contacted you about getting a extra link you have been really uninterested in helping me

The packaging was extremely poor and I couldn’t believe that they sent it through the post in this manner. I contacted customer services who acknowledged my email but did not come back to me at all. I am very disappointed in their failure to respond.

I ordered a Links of London bracelet, however it arrived with no authenticity or original packaging, it did come with a CH box but it wasn’t even in a cellophane bag, it was tossed in the box loose. It was also discoloured, almost rusty I had to polish the bracelet with a gold cloth myself. The quality control isn’t great here, I’m not confident that I received a authentic bracelet as it arrived so poorly it could be fake! Wouldn’t shop here again

Item arrived without any papers, warranty card, manual etc, after many emails/phone calls to their customer service department and being lied to I went straight to the manufacturer who sorted it for me.

The price of the watch represents good value. When I ordered it the delivery date was clearly stated. This was a birthday present so having the watch delivered on time was important. The delivery time/date wasn’t met. I spoke to one of your staff who assured me that the watch would be dispatched as a Matt of urgency and would be delivered by 1pm on the date of the birthday. I left my London address to drive to my Berkshire address, the one given for delivery so as I could get the watch in time for the birthday.. it didn’t turn up and actually arrived 4 days later.. this meant I didn’t have a present and drove a round trip of about 130 miles for nothing.

Do not use. The product was incorrectly advertised on the website. There was a significant level of back and forth, to only be told they do not have the product. Refund was EVENTUALLY obtained after NUMEROUS emails. Client Care was poor. I would not recommend or ever purchase from here!

Chisholm Hunter has very poor customer service. I have sent emails about a return that have never been replied to, yet I revive marketing emails from them daily. I spoke to a woman from there customer service team who told me everything she could do to help over the phone but never carried it out and never emailed me the returns form. I am very disappointed to be have been chasing this up for 6 weeks now and still not resolved. Will never use this company in future.

Ordered a watch with a 34percent discount that said it was in stock, got a call couple days later to say its an error , over a week later and they are still advertising it at the same discounted price, they try and offer an alternative with a very little discount , I would say it’s advertised just to get your money, a computer error would be fixed right away and they are fully aware of it

Terrible communication and mislead customers to get the sale. Refused to refund for items that are not as described. Try to sell used items as NEW.

Walked into the Chester Store today with my wife to buy a replacement ring. All started well, warm greeting and very particular about disinfecting the two chairs before we sat down. Full marks there. Saw a titanium ring that I spotted in the window and asked to try it on. The ring on show was too small so I proceeded to ask to have my finger measured. Had to ask twice. Once it was discovered that the ring on show wasn't going to fit and they didn't have anything similar in stock in my size (Size Y) they weren't interested and left me feeling that I wasn't going to get a ring in my size due to my large fingers. My wife and I went to an alternative Jewellers a bit further along the Grosvenor Precinct. They were attentive and found a ring in store which I purchased. When I mentioned that I was a ring size Y they didn't see it as a problem at all. I wont ever go back to Chisolm Hunter as they came across as very arrogant. Perhaps, if the ring that I was looking to buy was costing thousands they may have bent over backwards to find me something.

Ordered and paid in full for a Tissot watch at a promotion price for my fathers 80th. On the expected day of delivery nothing arrived. Emailing an enquiry requesting the whereabouts of my order. I received an apologetic email saying it would be dispatched that day for delivery the next. This would have been my fathers birthday and I could have lived with that. I then received another email saying someone would contact me. The next day I didn’t receive a watch but got a phone call saying the watch I’d ordered was no longer available, and was offered another cheaper model. I couldn’t confirm at the time as I wasn’t able to check online. I was told as it was the weekend And I would be unable to phone back and that I’d be contacted on the following Monday for my decision. Needless to say I wasn’t contacted and while checking the alternative offer on line I noticed, that the watch I originally wanted was on sale at full price. I emailed an enquiry detailing what I’d found and asked why I was unable to have my original watch. A day passed and no answer. So I emailed the same enquiry again. I received a reply just saying they were waiting my decision on the alternative offer. I did point out they were meant to contact me and hadn’t answered my enquiry. In the end I had to accept the offer of a cheaper model as my fathers birthday had been and gone and you had my money. Even then things didn’t go to plan instead of next day I got the item 48hrs later and to cap things off it was delivered to the wrong address. The invoice address not the delivery address. So all in all. I didn’t get the watch I wanted. It was delivered nearly 2 weeks late ,and to cap it off. It was delivered to the incorrect address. To this date I haven’t received an explanation for why I was unable to have my original order, or an apology for the exceptionally poor service I endured. I don’t think I’ll be making any further purchases going forward.

The service is dreadful. Selling products they don't have in stock - happened on two occasions. Unreasonable delay in refund - make you chase them rather than them keeping you up to date - i had to pester to get my refund. Was resolved eventually by a helpful manager but it should never have got that stage. Will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone else.

I purchased 3 diamond rings and a diamond necklace totalling around £12,000 on the 20th of December 2020 from the Glasgow Fort store. Alana and her manager (Claire I think) were brilliant and so helpful on the day but from there on the service went down hill. I left the store will 2 of the rings and the necklace as as one of the rings needed to be re-sized so Alana explained this would be done in a few days. A few hours after leaving the store I got a phone call to say that due to the shape of the diamond in the ring it couldn’t be re-sized and we would need to get a new once direct from the makers and this would take up to 6 weeks. Obviously disappointed as it was a Christmas gift but not a lot we could do. Obviously the country went into lockdown and the Glasgow fort shop was closed. Near the end of January I called the customer services number on the receipt to find out what was happening with the ring. The lady on the other line told me she had no idea where it was and that there would be people at the fort store the next day and that she would give them a call and call me back to update me. Two weeks had passed and I heard nothing. I called customer services again and another lady did find the rings ‘special order’ number and that it was with the manufacturer. She assured me should would chase them for an update and get back to me. A week later and I have heard nothing again. On the 3rd of March I called customer services for the 3rd time and spoke to Thomas. At this stage I am furious as I was explaining it all again. He assured me he would look into it and get back to by the end of that week with an update. Low and behold, Friday comes and goes with no update. I call again on the Monday (9th of March) and get Thomas who apologised that he didn’t call on Friday as he was off sick. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund. Now I totally understand a lockdown can delay things, that’s not the reason for me cancelling. The total dis regard for me as a customer, to keep me updated or to even call me back is disgusting. Thomas done some digging and has promised me he will have the ring on the 22nd of March and it will be posted to me on the 23rd of March. I have in turn promised Thomas I am going to phone him on the 23rd of March to confirm this and that if he doesn’t have the ring to post to me then I under no circumstances will be proceeding with the order and will demand a full refund along with some sort of compensation. To remind the person reading this, I bought this £4,000 ring on the 20th of December 2020, I am writing this on the 14th of March 2021 and still don’t have the ring. Let’s hope Thomas can turn this around!

After ordering and paying for my new watch online, 4 days later on as told it was no longer in stock. I then picked a different watch, which took them another week to confirm it was in stock and finally took delivery 3 and a half weeks after payment. A very disappointing experience which could have been avoided with better communication!
