“Good service, will use them again”

“Online experience was good. What let you down was In store. I needed links taken out of a Tag watch I had bought. Went to Glasgow Fort butt they didn’t have the screwdriver to do that. They said Silverburn Branch can do it. Left and travelled there to be told they didn’t have one either. Found that pretty disappointing to be honest”

“A good sale although would have liked more photos of the watch I was buying. It was a G.Shock Mudman and I was not aware the strap would have a muddy appearance nor was I aware this model would have a logo across the screen when the light button is pressed. Apart from that I was very satisfied with my purchase.”

“I ordered jewelry for my daughter's birthday, everything went very smoothly, the package arrived very quickly. The jewelry is beautiful, just like in the picture. The only thing I miss is that I couldn't order a personalized birthday box because it is something they couldn’t provide at this time unfortunately”

“Purchase made online. Was easy and arrived in good time. Only feedback is I originally went in-store to make the purchase but was told the item is no longer available so they were unable to order it in to the store or order on my behalf. As a result, I was forced to make the purchase online.”

“Received my earrings for my mother's they are beautiful a little smaller than I thought but otherwise they are beautiful. The only problem was the ring box the top inside was out looks very cheap again could of happened in delivery will have to glue it back in .”

“I bought a Longines Big Eye Titanium in the sale and got an incredible deal on the watch, but it was obvious that although sold as new it had probably been a demo piece. There were no stickers on the watch, marks on the leather strap, small marks and dents on the cardboard outer box and a small bit of damage to the right rear edge or the inner wooden box. I still love the watch and it was a great deal but it should've been make clear what it was and not just sold as a brand new untouched watch. To me this abit misleading and disingenuous.”
