Bottom line: Do not use Chisholm Hunter - they only care about the sale and then provide honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They will not reply to your emails and will not send you what you want because they do not pay attention to details and do not care about keeping their customers in the loop. Isaac Brown should not be working in their customer services department. Two months down the line and I still do not have the watch and strap I originally ordered - unbelievable. In detail: Ordered a nomos metro + small size strap from their website end of August after speaking with Isaac Brown through their online chat function. Received the watch the following day only to find that the watch was clearly not new - the leather watch strap was very worn, turning brown with creases in the strap and even turning green on the underside of the strap. In addition the small strap they sent me didn't have a buckle or clasp - i.e. useless. Contacted them immediately and complained, Isaac agreed to order a brand new one from Nomos direct. Heard nothing for a month, so contacted Chisholm Hunter myself, who reported the order had been made, BUT they had no idea if the request had been received by nomos or if the watch had been dispatched. Isaac again said he would sort this for me and email me to update of the estimated arrival date. again heard nothing for a few days. Had to contact Chisholm again myself. No reply. Emailed Isaac again - no reply. In the end had to go online to chat and ask to put in a formal complaint before I got to speak to Dustin the manager. He was more helpful and arranged a partial discount to compensate for my time wasted and poor customer service. And agreed to finally send me a new watch strap. Two weeks later, still not received watch strap, had to email again and then received a large watch strap which was too big (I had specified all along a small or medium) Again had to contact them to complain, no replies to two emails. Spoke to Isaac via online chat - again said he would sort it and I asked him to confirm by email. No email received. Today had to complain again and got through to Dustin who has said he will sort it and send a new strap out today/tomorrow. Let's see what turns up... I'd recommend you buy elsewhere.

Ordered a watch.... finance application approved.... deposit paid .... only to receive an email the next day that this company does not have the watch in stock on their own web site and they can’t get the watch. Four days later I can still order this watch.... CHISHOLM HUNTER GET A GRIP UPDATE YOUR WEB SITE... really not good enough.... and you’ve been trading since 1857 . Shocking

Your refund process takes too long (and I’m still waiting) especially when I’ve paid additional postage for secure delivery. Megan replied to my query about this via your website and I also spoke to her over the phone confirming you have received the item and was waiting for your accountant to process the refund. Very poor service and reading the comments others have or are experiencing the same issue.

Still waiting for my order to be ready for in store collection. Tracked the parcel and it says returned to sender. Poor communication

Hi Ranjith, Your refund would have been processed the day we received your return. Unfortunately, you created a dispute case in PayPal that prevents us from refunding the order. We notified you about this issue on the day you raised the dispute. This is the reason you have not received a refund. Until you cancel the PayPal dispute, we will not be able to process your refund. Worst service I have encountered in terms of delivery. Promised delivery for a certain date and charged for this, but never happened. Online team promising things which phone team said they shouldn't have. Different answers with every call. Miscommunication on another level.

Ordered a watch online and collected in store. Opened the item upon arriving home and it was damaged. The customer service received from both the store and online was appalling. Would not recommend Chisholm hunter and certainly won’t be back after this experience.

Purchased a tissot watch that was on sale unfortunately the strap was worn and had pen marks bought it by paying Klarna. When contacted the branch for a refund it refused to refund also tried to deduct money of the purchased watch if I tried to exchange it for another.

Did an order through click and collect to my local branch . Over Two weeks later , no email to say order was dispatched etc. Even although payment had been taken. Emailed head office , no response . Called my local branch , eventually found my order no explanation as to why I was not emailed to let me know order was in store . So all in all my first experience dealing with Chisholm Hunter has not been good .

Damaged item. All effort to resolve this was made by ourselves. Still awaiting refund of return, which had been agreed via telephone and email.

The charm looked nothing like the picture very dissapointed but my partner still liked it so decided to keep. Wont purchase from them again.

Still haven’t received the item have emailed twice with no response so called them and was told item was signed for. Well not by me. They are now looking into the matter. Definitely won’t be buying from them again. A £300 watch just left with whoever and someone signing on behalf of me.

Following the purchase of a watch for £2,000, the customer service has been pretty poor. No guarantee has been sent with the watch and the box was damaged. The email we received from Chisholm Hunter didn't even have a proper display name - it came from "Help" which obviously looked like a spam email!

Riceived first watch which arrived in damaged box . Watch had scratch on case. Second watch arrived . Watch ok but again the cardboard Longines outer box damaged even though packed securely in larger box . Was told damaged in transit .

Very poor. I ordered a child bracelet online on the 23rd of August and still not received an e-mail to let me know if it is in to come and collect it
