“I offered for sale 52 items of Johnson Brothers Indies blue China all in new or nearly condition ,including two tureens, in response to their request, to buy similar items. Most of the items I have for sale are items they are advertising as being out of stock. I spent lots of time recovering the items from my loft and completing their lists. Today I received an email to say they would not like to make an offer for the items . What sought of business treats the public like this. They are time wasters and do not deserve the ratings previously given.”

“We purchased our Royal Doulton dinner service on our honeymoon and have appreciated it ever since. Over time we damaged a few pieces and finally decided to try and get them replaced. “We wanted some items of Denby a couple of months ago but not everything was available. We left a 'notify me' on the website. A short time ago we received notification that the items we wanted were in stock so we ordered them. Much to our surprise (in the current climate) they arrived 4 days later, just what we wanted. Excellent and speedy service. I would recommend them to anyone.”
