“China Village always contact you immediately they have items you want. The description of the plates was accurate, but I would have liked more detail as to why two were described as good not excellent, exactly what was the nature of the flaws. Delivery is always prompt and very safely wrapped in newspaper - no plastic or polystyrene!”

“We’re absolutely delighted with the service China Village give. We ordered two sizes of plates some months ago. However China Village could only fill part of the order and said we would be kept on file. I admit we were rather sceptical! So we were delighted to get a phone call saying the rest of our order was now available. The plates arrived so well packed that my husband wondered, when he saw the size of the box and the packing, just how many plates I had ordered! Thank you China Village, very much. Pat Crossley”
