“I just bought a pair of sandals, which I am very pleased with, as I have a rigid toe, and the half rocker sole is just was I need, as well as looking very smart. But better than the sandals was the very helpful support I got from Penny, as I was having a problem with submitting the on line order. I will definitely use Cheerful soles again.”

“After suffering with very painful feet for years and seeing numerous podiatrists (lots of different insoles) with no success I was referred to Chronic Pain at my local hospital. The medication did nothing to help. Resorted to surgery, no change. A local chiropodist recommended Joys shoes. They don’t cure the problem but life is more comfortable. I found CheerfulSoles and ordered a pair, received them within seven days, excellent service, thank you”

“The lady I spoke to was very helpful, advising the most appropriate shoes for my Mother. I then ordered online, which again was very simple. I purchased the Joya Emma and they really are a great shoe.”

Hi Julie. Thanks for the review. You should be ok with most other styles, the Sonja Boots and Shoes are the only slim fit that Joya sell. Jo - Cheerful Soles

“Ordered the shoes over the phone. The advice given was very good. The service prompt and efficient. Unfortunately the fit was unsuitable, but that was not the fault of the shop. (I had had a foot operation, and it was probably too soon to order new shoes.) Prompt refund, which was communicated by email, which not all suppliers do.”
