“As of this date delivery has not been effected. Hermes has provided receipt dated 21 January 2020. This was signed by No. 5 Dove Mews and not No. 8. However the resident(s) have been away sometime and we have yet to confirm that goods were received.”

“There was a problem when ordering from the website so I had to do it over the phone. Then, I had problems getting the parcel: I wasn't provided a tracking number and the courier service did not have my phone number.”

Hello. Thank you for leaving a review for us. I am not sure in this instance what we could have done differently. We sent your shoes to the address in Greece that you supplied and the parcel was addressed correctly. We send all international parcels via Royal Mail International tracked service.
