“Simple ordering and the delivery was efficient (especially given these times during the covid19 pandemic). As I did not have any reason to deal with customer service I cannot comment of that aspect of Cheerful shoes. However, I found my experience uneventful; which is how it should be.”

“I’ve got degenerative discs, sacroiliac joint dis-function and more recently herniated discs in thoracic region and neck - my back is totally shot. Although these are comfortable as soon as I start moving I’ve been getting numbness in my right foot - I suffer mainly with the right side of my body. I’ve worn these shoes and as I say they feel comfortable but I just can’t seem to get use of them when I walk further than a few metres. I’ve used other specialists shoes but this is the only time I’ve experienced this. I’m hoping it will improve or they will be added to my charity bag!”

“Alegria shoes are the best shoes I've ever worn. Just bought the Pesca sandals after buying Dillyn shoes which are never off my feet. So glad I can buy them fuss free without having to visit the shop. Although when I can I look forward to travelling to Grassington.”

“First time dealing with cheerfulSoles, good experience, I always wear ALegria shoes,though I find them a bit expensive, so when I can get them in the sales I take the opportunity. I may purchase a pair of insoles for my other pair, which have been on the go daily for two years. So I would come to you first call.”

“First time worn the shoes chaffed the skin off the top of the 4th toe on my right foot. It's where the leathers are joined in the upper just below the laces.”
