“Joya sandals are fantastic, this is my second time ordering and the service from Cheerful Soles is so efficient. Such a shame with Brexit we get a very high customs charge in Ireland so I won't be ordering again”

“because i live in the republic of Ireland I had to pay in excess of 25 per cent extra vat without getting any credit for the UK vat----- this is penal so I wont be buying from UK anymore.”

Hello Pauline. When a customer places an order from an address which is outside of the UK, UK VAT is automatically deducted during the checkout process. I have checked and this was correctly applied to your order, you can see on your order confirmation that no UK VAT was added to your purchase. “I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes which arrived promptly, and as it turns out, both are comfortable, which reassures me that I can order in future with some confidence. I would not normally ever but shoes without trying them on first, but these are fine!”

“My shoes arrived on time as promised, well packaged. They fit beautifully. I have been wearing trainers for some time now as they are the only shoes which fit my insoles and are fore foot rockers. I was wary of buying a pair of shoes as I have been caught out in the past. The information on the website was accurate and helped me choose the correct style.”
