“The slippers which were just what I wanted were too small so I returned them asking for a replacement pair in a larger size, an option which is offered on the returns slip. Instead I have been sent a refund with no further explanation. I'm not a very happy customer.”

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I am very sorry to hear that your return was not processed as requested. As you stated, customers are welcome to exchange their order for a different size. I believe the refund was issued due to human error, however I understand this is frustrating when the option to exchange was requested and no further explanation was given. I apologise again for any disappointment caused by this. Please be assured that I have also refunded your £2.99 postage costs today, and we hope that you shop with us again if you are still interested in the larger size. “Beautiful shoes beautifully made but strangely I just struggled to get my feet into them, with laces fixed in them they were quite stiff, even with a shoe horn my elderly hands struggled. I’m gutted as I loved them.”
