“Ordered 2 pairs of same shoe in different sizes. Kept the pair which fitted and returned the other pair. Had a query and the customer service department were excellent in sending necessary documents straight away. Didn't have to wait too long to receive the refund. “Parcel arrived beautifully wrapped, shoes perfect. Postage was an absolute horror but I have to emphasise fully DPDs problem and customer service at Charles Clinkard was fantastic- kind, friendly, proactive and understanding. PLEASE use a different postage company it was horrendous and took 3 times as driver kept hanging up the phone and ignoring my house (still can’t believe it and cannot understand how this would benefit him)”

“Darlington Branch - Lovely staff, explained what I wanted, colour size, heel size, and they brought out a range of shoes for me to look at. Unfortunately nothing was right, then the ones I spotted were not available, not a problem, order and get delivered to the house. Needed them by a certain date, as they were for a funeral, and they arrived in plenty of time”

They have a huge range of quality shoes for all seasons. One of my favourite companies to shop online with.
