The service was exempalary and as I already owned a pair of the pikolinos shoes which were excellent I ordered another pair in the same size. Unfortunately the pair I ordered were much larger than my original pair so I had to return them. I could not fault the process from ordering to returning my shoes.

We made our annual pilgrimage from Lincolnshire to Keswick and visited the store in Keswick and was served by Sue. I bought a lovely pair of shoes for my granddaughter in the sale.Beautiful soft leather and excellent quality.I bought with confidence knowing I could return if unsuitable. The whole experience from ordering to delivery I cannot fault.

Nothing wrong with the quality of the Barbour slippers but the delivery service by DPD was a disgrace which will stop people from buying from you.

The boots were fine but the Barbour box was in a disgusting state. Ripped plus sellotaped on the corners broken handle Hand writing on the outside of the box ( must have been on display) This is a Christmas present which I feel ashamed of !!! Absolutely awful and from what I thought was a high value shop. I paid for express delivery and they still took a week to arrive Terrible service especially as I could have got them elsewhere for £79

We aim to keep products in their original branded packaging wherever possible, as many customers prefer this. However, in this instance, our dispatch team should have repacked the item in one of our own boxes, and I apologise that this did not happen. The express delivery service guarantees dispatch within three working days, and your order was sent within the promised timeframe. Unfortunately, it appears that DPD was unable to complete delivery on the first attempt, which understandably may have given the impression of a delay.
