“I visited the Keswick Store on Sunday 8th February 2026 while on holiday. I purchased a pair of leather Jana boots. I also purchased a pair of Rieker Greece boots via home delivery, which was an excellent service suggested by Aylsson in Store. She suggested i try on a different colour for size as they didn't have the black in store. The service was excellent both in store and home delivery within 4 days. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in store.”
