“I ordered some slippers for my mums birthday and checked the stock at my branch it said 1 available so I ordered for click and collect but they did not confirm for a day or so by time they did it was 1 day before her birthday and it said they’ll be in next week which was 4 days after her birthday. Friendly staff in store but terrible online service that left me without a present for my mum”

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am sorry to hear you did not receive your order in time for your mum’s birthday. At the checkout, you have selected the collect in store option. This means your order is dispatched within 2-5 working days and once your order is ready to collect, you will be contacted by the store. Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no option to reserve and collect online, which I believe is what you were hoping to arrange.
