“This is a luxury product which impresses from the opening of the box. Packaging goes beyond wrapping an item as the seller assures the slippers are in top condition when they reach you by adding tissue stuffing and slipper trees. The slippers themselves are soft luxury leather cut in the elegant 'Greecian' style to make the dapper gent look classically attired, even in the privacy of your own bedroom.”

“It was very easy to find wide fit shoes for my husband on the site and I quickly identified some Rieker black formal shoes in leather with an additional elasticated feature which provided the wearer with a bit more give (to extra wide). It would be nice to have a wider range to pick from but alas wide fit shoes are in short supply on most sites and (oddly) the shoes on specialist sites are often ugly and unfashionable! Sadly, my husband's feet are so swollen at the moment due to heat and medication, that he couldn't get the shoes on. Its possible they may have fitted at a better time but we couldn't risk keeping them. There seems to me to be a gap in the market between wide fit trainers and wide fit formal shoes. He's had to buy the former instead - all in black (including the sole) with minimal visible branding and very little of those fussy wavy lines/design nonsense which plague many trainer styles. Hopefully, they will not be too visible under suit trousers (at a wedding)! These Brooks trainers provide the room and comfort he needs but what a shame that no leather formal shoes come close to the same forgiving fit!”
