“My wife has foot issues when finding the correct shoes and Clinkards usually can help. We took a pair of shoes, one with with a failed strap to Leeds after 5 months. The replacement pair was delivered 3 days later to us in Rochdale, no quibbling at all. Stupendous service from a truly quality business and staff. Well worth the journey every time. Highly recommended.”

“Bella (in the Cheltenham store) was extremely helpful and patient when I visited yesterday (15 Oct 26). Nothing was too much trouble for her and she took time to advise my about which makes of shoes would be the best fit for me, as well as making helpful suggestions and fetching several pairs in my size for me to try on. If only staff in other stores were as knowledgeable and customer-focused!”
