“The shoes I bought are tremendous and their delivery was prompt and well organised. I was disappointed about the fact that the show box in which the shoes arrived was old, previously broken and mended with a bit of tape. I make good use of Loake shoe boxes, normally.”

“I have just received a pair of Victorian Boots lace up. They are fantastic and look great. Got a pair in two tone Brown too. The black ones was not sure if i should get the same size as they were slightly tight to put on but fine once on. I asked advice on the size and found that the recommendation of the size was perfect slightly different to the ones i chose before. So pleased and would recommend the product most definately . Best low heeled boots i have bought.”

“I ordered a pair of Gabor shoes in size 7.5 in Dark Blue Suede. They were well packaged, and the bonus was there was a Returns label enclosed, which is quite rare these days. Unfortunately, I have had to return the shoes as they are too tight, but have returned them in exchange for a pair the same colour and style in size 8, and I'm currently waiting for acknowledgement that the returned pair has been received, and the exchange pair is being despatched.”

“I would like to mention the sales advisor called ‘Jayne’. She was truly outstanding in the service she gave my 14 year old son, from feet measuring to tailored advice on the type of school shoe which would fit him best. She clearly has huge knowledge and experience, and she was so kind to both my son and myself. In fact, all the sales people in this store (Newbury) are wonderful, you have a great team with this group, it is felt every time I visit this store!”
