“I would like to mention the sales advisor called ‘Jayne’. She was truly outstanding in the service she gave my 14 year old son, from feet measuring to tailored advice on the type of school shoe which would fit him best. She clearly has huge knowledge and experience, and she was so kind to both my son and myself. In fact, all the sales people in this store (Newbury) are wonderful, you have a great team with this group, it is felt every time I visit this store!”

“Lovely Lotus ankle Boots made of faux suede which I have been hunting for for ages and they were in a colour I did not particularly want but could have managed with. I have an exact pair in navy bought year ago which are a perfect fit now probably from years of use. It is a shame these did not fit on top - but so easy and speedy to return via Post Office as I had a pre arranged label to use. I would have liked the Royal Mail return from home option but not sure if they do it. But always happy with Charles Clinkard. I just wish shoemakers and ankle boot makers in this case, would do more larger sizes for women. I am a size 8 and as I get older my shoes need more room at the top of the foot. If I had kept these they would have caused pain. A no no.”
