“Fantastic customer service. Boots I ordered were faulty with scuffs in the leather. Easy to return and customer services then checked the replacement pair before despatch to ensure they weren’t faulty. They phoned me to tell me that on the examination the replacement boots had exactly the same fault, and they then went out of their way to source another pair of boots from elsewhere, and again checked them before dispatch. The boots that arrived were perfect and I am so grateful for the checks that took place before dispatch of the second pair to ensure I was not disappointed again. Excellent email and general communications throughout. Some of the best customer service I have ever had!”

“Staff were very patient and helpful and ordered an extra pair of shoes for me online as they didn't have that size/colour in stock. The shoes then arrived within a week. Unfortunately, they didn't fit but it was no problem getting a refund from the shop.”

“Mine was a short visit as I knew what I wanted and you had it in stock. A second pair of shoes was ordered and delivered within three days. The carrier was DPD (not Royal Mail as I had been informed); the agent rang the door bell and the parcel was handed to me. Thank you very much. ps - yes, I'll recommend CC . . . if the topic crops up. I can't remember the last time I discussed shoe suppliers!! “Ordering procedure was straightforward and delivery was quick. On arrival, box was fairly damaged but boots were not affected by this. These boots are the the most comfortable ever. Good sizing and warm. Out of box, on to feet and away - no wearing in! Highly recommend.”

“Exceptional customer service - Shrewsbury Branch by Mandy and the Team. Bought my usual size Elder Gabor Loafers online but they were too big because of the wide fitting. Couldn't find the smaller size online. Contacted my local: Shrewsbury Branch who then located a size smaller and let me try on both pairs in store to compare. Thank you ladies for all your efforts and professionalism. The smaller ones were a perfect fit. The Gabor Elder Loafers are a work of art.”
