“Love my new Rieker Jackie shoes in the chestnet combi. So comfortable, so easy to slip on, no settling in as with other makes of shoe, I love Rieker for being so comfortable from day one. Have usually had the Herbie shoes for Autumn a nd winter wear but fancied a change and I am not disappointed. Keep my feet nice and dry too. Ordered two sizes and took one pair back to my nearest shop in Warwick, lovely friendly staff there and my refund came through as promised. Great service all round from Charles Clinkard, thank you.”

“Having visited the Milton Keynes store recently I received EXCELLENT customer service. Although the shoes I wished to purchase were not in stock in store I could try on the correct size and wide fitting in another colour. I then purchased and had a home delivery by Royal Mail, received within 3 days of purchase and with a very efficient tracking system.
