“Mine was a short visit as I knew what I wanted and you had it in stock. A second pair of shoes was ordered and delivered within three days. The carrier was DPD (not Royal Mail as I had been informed); the agent rang the door bell and the parcel was handed to me. “Ordering procedure was straightforward and delivery was quick. On arrival, box was fairly damaged but boots were not affected by this. These boots are the the most comfortable ever. Good sizing and warm. Out of box, on to feet and away - no wearing in! Highly recommend.”

“Exceptional customer service - Shrewsbury Branch by Mandy and the Team. Bought my usual size Elder Gabor Loafers online but they were too big because of the wide fitting. Couldn't find the smaller size online. Contacted my local: Shrewsbury Branch who then located a size smaller and let me try on both pairs in store to compare. Thank you ladies for all your efforts and professionalism. The smaller ones were a perfect fit. The Gabor Elder Loafers are a work of art.”
