“First the price £65.00 they are a convincing alternative to a Church's slipper at £520.00!! I always bought Church's over the past forty years and as a testament to their quality I have had only three pairs in that time. Of course the quality is exemplar but with a price is to match. So now I will see how my Spanish slippers from Charles Clinkard stand the test of time. Given the Church slippers lasted on average 14 years if I have to replace my Spanish ones every couple of years I'll still be quids in!”

“I have to return a parcel using the worst ever website I’ve paid the postage via my card but got no evidence for when I get to take the package back to the area of return eg local Royal Mail site. It’s definitely deterred me from ordering anything from Clinkard again”

“Excellent service. I ordered two pairs of shoes online. Speedy delivery. I then via you online service reserved a further pair to collect from your Leeds store. Your assistant was extremely helpful and patient whilst I decided which ones to keep and which to return. Decisions made and my husband also purchased a pair of Bugattis for himself. It was really nice to have such personal and helpful service”

“I was very impressed with the ordering process online and the speed with which the boots were delivered. I had purchased the boots in a different colour from a small boutique and was delighted to find them in another colour through CK. A great range online and I will certainly shop again.”
