“I ordered 4 pairs of boots online in the hope that at least one would fit. Unfortunately none did so I’ve just had to return them to store and asked for assistance with finding a pair that will suit my feet. The manageress was rather rude about the return, but Olivia was very helpful with finding me a pair of suitable trendy boots.”

“I have received my Gabor boots at second time ordering and they are brilliant. They were out of stock and the first time I ordered them, using my £11 rewards, the payment went through but then I heard nothing more. The payment wasn’t processed and the boots didn’t come. I don’t know whether they’d gone before they’d been dispatched. Unfortunately as well as no communication about my order being cancelled, when I tried to use my rewards money at second ordering, it said I had already used it, so I’m £11 out of pocket.”
