“Excellent choice of products. Site easy to navigate and order process streamlined. Both pairs of shoes were in stock but it took 6 days for them to be despatched with no update. This is a long time by today’s standards. However , once despatched they arrived they arrived quickly I loved both pairs which I’d ordered only for choice but kept both pairs”

“Purchased 2 pairs of marco tozzi boots ,very comfortable for my ageing feet ,great service and customer service. However,always seem to have delivery problems with DPD ,please use the postal service. Delivery attempted twice to wrong property and wrong postcode”

“Service was good - dispatch a little slow but delivery once dispatched was fast. Unfortunately none of the boots were suitable but the returns process was easy and my refund was processed promptly. A good experience and I’d definitely order from here again, although I’ve decided it’s probably best to go into the store and try on!”

“Took a little while for shipping but the product was well-packaged and was in practically pristine condition. The left shoe may have been tried on once as had the slight sign of horizontal break of the tarsal bend on the leather but they’d soon develop with use anyway, so wasn’t overly concerned. Shoes are high quality (as ever with Gabor shoes), comfortable and just as in pictures, so very pleased with my purchase and service received overall.”

“Clinkards made me happy because I was able to visit a store. Getting the right shoes is important and I like to go to a store. In recent years I’ve occasionally ordered online at Clinkards most likely because size not available in store. I liked that option, as I could get a refund on collection if the shoes didn’t fit. Sadly my store in Meadowhall is now closed and I am really disappointed to the point it is unlikely I will purchase much from Clinkards again. There aren’t many decent shoe shops about I’m at a loss why the store has closed. I am certainly not going to pay for returns.”

“Efficient delivery service. I tried on a shoe in your Northallerton store which they did not have in the colour I needed. The very helpful assistant ordered it to be delivered to my home. Unfortunately when the shoes arrived the wrong shoes were in the box. Therefore I will be returning them.”
