“Just what I was looking for. however the only problem I have is that inside one of the shoes there was a label saying thatthe shoes were reduced to £38.23 , which was a lot less than I paid.”

“nice lightweight shoes, comfortable to walk around in. I ordered size 6, its a snug fit (normally there's a little room at the end of my other same size shoes) Seems a shame there's no option for half sizes.”

“really great looking shoes of quality but sadly I can't buy Ruffle as not done in a wide fitting. i understand that you can't do wide fittings for every design but this would be a good one to choose because popular with older people whose feet may need width. I tried them on but they did not work”

“I liked the style but don’t recall seeing anything in details online that said they were canvas. So having to keep cleaning them won’t work for me. Delivery was very good and returns system excellent.”

“Very helpful staff - and an excellent selection of footwear. Zigzag is a bit tricky! Their system would not let me purchase a returns label for the 2nd delivery I had - ie my order was sent in two separate deliveries. Why should Zigzag refuse to issue a second label when each one is being paid for?? My enquiry form to them was nor acknowledged nor replied to. I telephoned Charles Clinkard and a helpful member of staff issued a label & took payment which was a great telief!”

“Arrived very quickly. The tissue inside the box was very tatty and torn (small issue but didn't make the sandals feel new!) but the sandals were very comfortable and customer service was great.”

“These are a lovely shoe and perfect for the summer. The velcro adjustments across the top of the foot and at the ankle are great for hot summer days when your feet may swell. Highly recommend”

“The purchase and delivery process was easy and straightforward. The only negative was that the packaging around my boots arrived severely damaged...had to throw what was left of the box away. Shame as I find the shoebox useful to keep. Fortunately, the boots weren't damaged. Pleased with the boots and handbag.”

“My shoes arrived quickly and were wrapped up well. One pair was excellent but I bought a pair of gold shoes that fitted in length and width at the front, but the ankle strap was 2cm too long and meant it didn't even touch my ankle.”
