“Charles Clinkard is now my go to shoe shop. It has a wonderful selection of styles for all seasons and all occasions. I needed shoes for a wedding and was served by Sophie who was such a great help and I left the Oxford store very happy!”

“Medium size handbag with different zips and compartments which is so useful and what I wanted and so difficult to find. It's also light and soft leather like. Pretty colour too although I would have prefer just two colours instead of three and not sure about the squares at the front design.....two horizontal colours would have been more stylish.”

“Loved my shoes, they are soft and comfortable, and I'm very happy with them. No problem with Charles Clinkard at all, only the the delivery company. DPD leave a lot to be desired and as such the shoes did not arrive for the occasion required.”

“The order process was fairly straigh forward. Unfortunately my shoes were delivered with a mark on the right shoe. I contacted Customer services and they responded with an sapology and a returns label to return the shoes. I was asked to post them back via Royal Mail, which i did and my replacement pair were sent out the same day.”

“Really wanted to give a 3 but the assistant was very Wanted to give a 3 as have been in twice in 10 days but the first assistant gave one child very different size advice and I was not confident that it was right so came back and felt more confident with the assistant we had on 2/8”

“Was really pleased to find the Josef Siebel Clare trainers online in the size and colour I wanted. Slightly disappointed to find that one shoe had clearly been tried on - possibly several times as there were creases in the front of the shoe. The heel of the shoe also appeared slightly creased and bent - as if someone had forced their foot into it bending the back/ heel part down. I had to weigh up wanting the shoes with sending them back and decided on balance to keep them as was unsure if I could get another pair as they were reduced in the sale.”

“Ordering process was easy, although I do think the website could be streamlined and some of the images are a bit blurred. I actually emailed to cancel my order as, at day 5 I’d had no communication beyond order confirmation. Too late, within 40 mins I had a despatch notification. My order was 3xclutch bags attempting to colour match some sandals bought for a wedding. Parcel arrived nicely protected within a shoebox style outer box and plastic parcel bag. Sadly I had to return all 3 bags as non were the right colour. Returns at my expense but I knew that in advance. I had confirmation of receipt of the return today. Happy with the returns process so far.”
