Website: 1) slow. 2) Please display the soles to see if traction is suitable. 3) Please provide heel height in product details to help easy selection. Positive: 1) Delivery - efficient. 2) Packaging inside shoe boxes - clean & tidy, plenty of clean tissue papers to protect the shoes, no longer feel like receivng a pair of shoes which have been tried and returned. Negative: Postal packaging - 2 recent parcels arrived torn and shoe boxes (mostly the lids) were damaged - as if receiving items fell off from the back of a truck! Upmarket merchandise, but down market packaging?! Negative impact on consumer psychology: I don't feel special when receiving the order. Suggestion: 1) Perhaps, the warehouse staff ought to be trained to close the parcel bag tightly wrapped round the boxes to minmise the possibility of bashing each other in a roomy bag, and could reduce the bag got caught and scratched with other parcels in transit. Do leave a handle though for easy handling for the delivey men. That's how I return your products. 2) If budget allows, packaged like John Lewis - boxes of shoes were packed in a box, with paper stuffing for protection. Subsequently, I feel valued and respected as their customer, and happy to shop with them again. Thank you for listening and keep improving your service. Excellent customer service otherwise!

I was looking forward to using my 10% off my first order on a pair of Fit Flops, however, when I got to the checkout the code did not work. I spoke with the online customer service lady who told me the 10% off code could not be used on reduced items. The text I got had no small print stating it couldn’t be used on reduced items. I argued my point , however to no avail and wouldn’t have continued with the purchase but I was relying on my purchase to wear at my friend’s funeral last week. I was bitterly disappointed I did not receive my 10% off my first purchase and will not be using this website again because of this. I suggested that they add ‘cannot be used on discounted items’ to the text they send out to lure you in by offering 10% off your first purchase. Very misleading, false advertising and an unhappy customer.

I bought a pair of black gabor sandals size 6.5 ànd ordered the same pair size 7 in store to check fitting. They arrived promptly but were unfortunately silver so I had to go back to store, a journey of 11 miles to take them back for a refund .

Website awful on the day I ordered. I work in digital. It either has serious issues or you you were under a DNS attack. Very hard to pay by any means due to this. I was nervous to proceed with the transaction for fear your site was compromised. Luckily for you I really wanted the shoes, unavailable in that size anywhere else, and persisted for the best part of an hour. Delivery was fabulous.

Good product and the size I wanted. Disappointed the box was heavily damaged and the shoes were not protected in a “shoe box”.

Ordered fine , delivered to the wrong address. I had to run round like a mad woman trying to to find where the were. It was discovered by a postman the number 14 instead of 40 I was furious and the running about I had to do.

Item was delivered quickly. However, considering the price of the item I was surpised it has no labels and was just put into the dust bag that came with the bag and put into a plastic postage bag. No protection or proper packaging, I have never had a bag delivered where the shop has used the dust bag for delivery.

Needed to return my online purchase to the local store(York) as some stitching was substandard(sticking out, didn't dare cut if off), and there was a 'bald patch' on area above the heel. The person who served me said it was because of the fabric, but this was not quite the case. Regardless of how it was rubbed, so as not to show up, it returned and was on full view to anyone looking. The area shone! I have order a different boot and await a call to say it has arrived. After years of buying Gabor boots(I own three pairs even now), I was hugely disappointed in the shoddiness of the product.

Although I found your shoes to be of high quality, I will not shop online again. After foot surgery I am not an easy fit so often need to reorder. But as you do not do free returns, I cannot afford to continue with your company.

If you use the returns portal on our website, we have a Royal Mail label for £3.20 to give our customers a reasonable price. I paid for express delivery, that did not happen. DPD claimed they tried to deliver my sandals last Tuesday 2nd June, when they did not. We were in all day and our Ring camera showed no evidence of them trying to make a delivery. Please refund my delivery fee.

My order was delivered earlier than was promised but sadly the box did not contain the right shoes, so they had to be returned. Disappointing as they were wanted for an upcoming holiday and there wasn't time to get a replacement

Very disappointed you were out of stock on a shoe size smaller when I had to send a pair back as too big they were my normal size. And you are out of stock on a lot of shoes. I like your shoes and would love to buy a pair that fitted.

Website slow, and difficult to navigate. No info on order arriving to store for collection. I had to ring store to find out. Staff there very helpful. Shoes were good.

Lovely sandals but sadly for me, they're too wide. My feet were slipping in them. I'm a normal size 5 so found the fit disappointing. Think £75 is just a bit too expensive for these sandals. Had to order online as not available in store. Quick delivery
