Good selection of shoes but the shoes I received looked to have either been ex display or worn before as the logo on the inner of one had rubbed off and the soles were dirty so had to be returned (at my own cost).

Well unfortunately my order went to another client and her order came to me. I have returned the wrong order back to your warehouse and await the other customer returning MY order to you which then hopefully will be sent on to me. A very nice lady called Cheryl from your warehouse is dealing with this and I do hope that I eventually receive my order as there are NO more of these shoes left.

I was very disappointed when my shoes arrived as they were clearly not a new pair of shoes. I have now received a new pair of shoes. The shoes were ordered in store. The first pair were delivered by post office and the second pair by courier. I would be very wary about ordering from you again. The delivery time is how long it took to get the second pair of shoes.

Terrible delivery with DPD, they never left my parcel. I arranged a re-delivery and the driver just drove straight past my house . Now I’m waiting for my shoes to be delivered by the Royal Mail. They still haven’t been delivered and you’re asking me for a review about the shoes🙄 This is a rating on your delivery service.

No great as what was delivered, was not what was ordered. So had to return them and get refunded. Had to ask a second time for the P&P too, which finally also got refunded.

Ladies sandals (Rieker Sphere) ordered on line as size not available in store Sandals are in such poor condition and quality they have to be returned If any quality control procedures are in place they did not work in this case Have a number of Clinkard shoes so will be seeking a replacement Very disappointed

Bought slippers online at my wife’s recommendation. The slippers looked well, the size was correct, but when I tried them on, the stitched edge over the top of the foot dug in to the area between my instep and my toes. I tried them for half an hour, but they were not at all comfortable. I then tried to ease the discomfort with shoe trees, this didn’t make any difference, they still dug into to the top of my feet, however the shoe trees made them a little bit wider, as such they were loose. I feel like I wasted my money and time. They looked nice, but were too uncomfortable to wear.

We do offer a full year to return any item so long as unworn, and have a customer service department which is open 7 days a week, we would have advised for you to return them for a full refund. . Unfortunately as the slippers have been modified by stretching, we will be unable to accept them back. We are sorry that on this occasion you feel as though you have wasted your money and your time. Maybe they will be more comfortable with a sock or add a foam insole? We do hope that you manage to get some wear out of them. I am sorry that I could not be of more help to you on this occasion. I called last week to ask for a prepaid returns label as the espadrilles I received are not a matching pair - the colour and texture do not match and in my opinion not wearable Further to a prepaid returns label, p&p on my order should also be refunded

Paid for home delivery but got a drop off at local garage with no notification where or when this happened if I hadn’t checked i’d be still in the dark never use this site company again when alerted they never offered any compensation

Hello, I am really disappointed because after a purchase I received a tracking number (RS467788926GB) on April 3rd and a link to the Royal Mail website and it is not possible to track the parcel. I still do not know where it is. The following day in the website of the Post Office of my city said it was on its way but nothing else until today (April 15th) I sent two e-mails to two different e-mail addresses to Charles Clinkard and none of the friendly Customer Services team on sales or help@clinkard.co.uk answered. I do not understand why now you are interested in a review which, obviously, will not be the best. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I have been unable to find any correspondence in our inbox but I apologise if you have been left without any responses. With international deliveries, we advise 25 working days for delivery from the point of dispatch. Your order left the UK on the 4th April and the tracking updated once it was scanned by your country's delivery partner. The time in-between is whilst it is in transit and progressing through customs. Your staff were excellent in store Chichester,.delivery was five days the shoes arrived today I was not in so the carrier’s just have throne the shoes over my back garden wall no message in my front door it was only I needed to empty the bins I found them .Paying over £80 I was not pleased with this service

Described on website as standard width fitting but a narrow fit pair arrived! They are therefore of no use and will need to be returned. Very disappointing as they were intended as a birthday present for my daughter.

Very disappointed. I purchased a size 5 /38 of the white roselea snaffle mocasin. I am a standard size 5 fitting but this shoe was at least a 6 in length and very wide. There is at least 3/4quarters of an inch from my big toe to the end of the shoe. See attached picture. I can only assume it is a seconds. Shame as shoe very nice. I am really annoyed as I will be left with the cost of sending back the shoe. I have never had a problem like this before. Even with an insole in it is still far too big. Needless to say I wont be shopping here again.

Unbelievable that someone thought they could send out one new shoe and one ex display, bleached off its original colour and very obviously not a matching pair!

My fiancée bought me a real leather boots for Christmas, I literally wore them 3 times and the sole ripped right off for a £80 pound pair of boots you would not expect that to happen
