“Collected from store and paid the same price online as the "in store" price but could not get the loyalty card award as I bought online I therefore lost out because I bought online - does not make sense!”

“Damaged package. Boots fine. My little girl was a bit upset as she likes pretty box. Improved package protection needed to be considered by the seller. Except this, pretty good service.”

“Product was exactly as described and in perfect condition. My daughter loves the shoes. However the delivery was quite slow. I had to contact to company to track the package as it hadn't arrived a week after shipping date. They responded promptly however and package did eventually arrive.”
