“The staff member in the store who served me was excellent and as soon as she knew that I wanted style that wasn't in the shop she was able to arrange for it to be ordered and delivered to my home address. The sandals arrived very quickly and I'm absolutely delighted with them.”

“Ordered a pair of wide fitting shoes for a wedding as had a broken foot, paid next day delivery as it was urgent. Shoes did not arrive next day but late the following day. Customer service response was short and clipped regarding delivery. Apparantly I should have read the smal print - true but the small print regarding order times was not available until after you have paid! If I had been able to read it at the point of ordering, I would not have paid the extra for next day delivery. Shoes very very pretty but not wide fitting as described.”

“I was really impressed that using the 'chat' function on the website, I learned the style of slip on slipper I had purchased on three ocassions, the dates of the purchase, and the size - amazing.
