“Called into Buckingham store to look at school shoes for my 14 year old grandson. Upon entering I was greeted by 2 ladies with friendly hello and smiles. Yvonne served us and I have to say she is what customer service is all about. Friendly, knowledgeable, so helpful and it was a pleasure to be served by her. It’s many years since I have received such good service from anywhere. So thank you Yvonne and I do hope the Regional Manager reads this and tells you how good you are at your job.”

“My first ever multiple shoe order online as I had trawled shops without success for wedding outfit shoes . My order arrived promptly and the shoes were lovely. Sad to be able to keep only one pair! . I was able to take the returns to my local shop where they were very helpful and efficient. I was sorry not to have been able to buy directly from the shop, but had gone there the previous week just as Autumn stock was arriving, hence looked online. Mrs M.”
