“The service and delivery was all fine. Shoes were well boxed and packed. The right shoe, however, was a different colour than the left shoe. The lettering was worn away inside. I assume the shoe had been in a window or on display that long it had faded. I returned with a free returns label issued by Charles Clinkard.”

To offer the greatest selection of products we sometimes source from our shops but have a rigorous quality check in place which should have avoided this. “I couldn’t believe it when I saw these boots on your website. I had seen them before but they were out of my size and when I had sent my order to you and received them and they fitted perfectly, I was over the moon. Very good fit and look fabulous.”

“Just received 2 pairs of lotus muri shoes navy and black and they were too small in a 6 but I am a 6 half normally so phoned yesterday and ordered the 7s and got them today over the moon with the company and the shoes are stunning thank you”

“Shoes very good Ordering and returning is easy Delivery was sloppy, one pair perfectly boxed and clearly new. The other pair must have been returned a few times as the box was torn all around and crumpled - very sloppy of Clinkard to allow this to be delivered. Not the delivery company fault as the other box in same pack was perfect.”
