If you are keeping this purchase you may find that wearing the shoes around the house with thick socks will help to break them in, or adding an insole will provide extra cushioning. “I visited the Coventry store whilst we were away but the store didnt have my size in the colour I wanted but after trying a different colour to check size the store offered to order the colour I wanted and have them delivered to my home, the staff was so helpful and very polite, this is the first time I've used this store and will definitely be using this store in the future again”

“The slippers which were just what I wanted were too small so I returned them asking for a replacement pair in a larger size, an option which is offered on the returns slip. Instead I have been sent a refund with no further explanation. I'm not a very happy customer.”

As you stated, customers are welcome to exchange their order for a different size. I believe the refund was issued due to human error, however I understand this is frustrating when the option to exchange was requested and no further explanation was given. “Beautiful shoes beautifully made but strangely I just struggled to get my feet into them, with laces fixed in them they were quite stiff, even with a shoe horn my elderly hands struggled. I’m gutted as I loved them.”
