“I wish I had something to review, my order never arrived. It shows in DPD depo since the day of dispatch. The courier company never tried to deliver or contact me , I have been home for the last 5 days . The company has offered me a refund, but the experience was disappointing.”

Having checked the tracking, I can see that there were two delivery attempts recorded by DPD. “Good selection of shoes in store. However shoes are expensive. Better value when in sale. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ordered on line. Poor delivery service. First day of delivery I received a message to say couldn't deliver however I had been home all day and no one came to the house. Second day of delivery I asked for parcel to be left in garage as I was not going to be home. However, parcel was left at the bottom of the drive in the open. Luckily it didn't rain & the parcel was not stolen.”
