“What a positive experience. First of all it is so nice to be able to call and ask someone about your order, which they are able to look into within moments to provide an update. I cannot fault their customer service, to be clear I was contacting them relating to the delivery to amend some infortmation, not because of any issue. They could not help enough! “Ordered sandals and received trainers in error. Unfortunately there were only one pair of the sandals that I wanted in size 4 and a half in the entire company which had been on display and had a colour difference. So I chose to have a refund instead. From the moment I phoned to report the issue everything was dealt with swiftly and courteously by HANNAH in customer services. The trainers were returned and I received my full refund.”
