“A great range to chose from. I wanted a particular pair of shoes which seemed to be out of stock elsewhere but Charles Clinkard had the ones I was looking for and sent them on very promptly. A good service which I will use again.”

“The lady in your Darlington store Steph was very helpful . Unfortunately there was a problem with the shoes when first delivered they were different sizes . I notified you on the date they were delivered 16 September and didn’t get a response. So took the shoes back and the shop assistant sorted it out for me. Shop good head office not up to scratch. I love the shoes but they took a lot of getting .Thank you”

“I ordered a pair of Gabor black ankle boots online which were beautiful but too narrow. The ordering process was easy and I was kept well informed of delivery. I returned the boots to my local store who were extremely helpful in trying to find me an alternative pair. No luck this time but I’ll keep looking, Clinkards will always be my first choice.”
