“Rang to order a pair of shoes, but the shop I telephoned did not have them in stock, but the staff rang another store in Bristol and they had them and rang me to confirm. The shoes were sent and received very quickly. Such excellent servicejl. I shall certainly shop for all my shoes there as I can do that over the telephone.”

“I am very happy with the boots but delivery was not satisfactory. I asked for them to be sent to a local DPD pick up point but was not told they had arrived until I checked tracking to find they had been there since the 6th of January. No details for collection just a photograph. Luckily my local pick up point know me so I was just able to show name and address for collection.”
