“I was served by Claire at the Northallerton branch. Claire was very helpful in assisting with sizes and offering her opinion on style and fit. It was also a lovely surprise when I paid at the till as the shoes were less than I expected. Great selection of shoes, boots and sandals at this store.”

“Fantastic Service today from Joshua in Charles Clinkard York this morning. I have been shopping at this branch for several years, there is always great choice from several brands,everything from strappy sandals and high heals to weatherproof winter boots. I was exchanging boots I bought yesterday as I changed my mind about the colour. This was all managed seamlessly, especially considering there was issues with the internet.”

“Very good company to deal whether online or in a retail shop. It was the first time - ever - I had ordered footwear online as I like to try shoes/boots on in store. However the returns process was so simple had I needed it, but the boots were perfect when they arrived, so I didn't need to use tge returns option.”

“Shoes perfect. Delivery awful ..had to wait in all day. First text 11.00 to 3.00 then 11.00 to 6.00pm. eventually delivered 5.45pm. had to wait as signature required”

“I ordered a pair of Gabor Boots on line, when they arrived unfortunately they were too narrow, I contacted the store in Northallerton as I was going to be in the area in the next few days and the Lass was very helpful, I took them to the store and was refunded there and then and all with a smile, Wonderful and stress free!!.”
