“Efficient delivery service. I tried on a shoe in your Northallerton store which they did not have in the colour I needed. The very helpful assistant ordered it to be delivered to my home. Unfortunately when the shoes arrived the wrong shoes were in the box. Therefore I will be returning them.”

“Unfortunately the not-free returns won’t make me a repeat customer. I mistakenly read “Hassle Free Returns” on their website as if they were free returns, but they are not. For a products such as shoes that really need to be tried on, CC’s current policy just doesn’t work for the modern online shopper.”

Online orders can be returned to any Charles Clinkard branch excluding concessions. If posting to our Head Office, we do ask customers to cover cost of postage but offer a Royal Mail label for £3.20 on our websites return page.
