“Website kept defaulting to a particular size and unfortunately the wrong size was ordered. I returned them to the Shrewsbury store where the staff were really friendly and helpful, refunding me and ordering me the correct size for home delivery. The boots arrived but the leather was scratched so don’t appear to hand been checked before dispatch.”
