“Ordered a pair of loafers in two sizes 3.5 and 4. The delivery was quick. However, problem with the size 3.5 - in that the right foot was 3.5 and the left foot size 4!!! Boxes for both were battered. Charles Clinkard was supposed to send me a pre-paid lable to enable me to return the order with different sizes. No label received; so had to chase. Disappointed. need to ensure quality control/accuracy of orders before despatching orders. Also the boxes should not be battered.”

“Very disappointed with my order which I had to return. I have about 20 pairs of Gabor shoes sandals and boots and I am always the same size 5.5. The trainers were much too small although they were marked 5.5. This is not the fault of Clinkards but the manufacturer.”
