“I am very pleased with my purchase. However I tried to order to collect in-store initially and the system wasn't clear that I’d placed my order and then said they were out of stock at that store , so I then opted to order with home delivery. I think this all happened on a Sunday evening, by Monday morning I received confirmation if my order to be collected from in-store, but I had already placed my order for home delivery. So a bit of confusion when ordering but the shoes are lovely and I am very pleased with them”

“Ordered slip on men's shoes from Charles Clinkard. The process was straight forward. Once ordered I received message stating when shoes would be delivered. Unfortunately I would be on holiday at that time. So I sent email to customer service and they wrote back saying, they will hold back delivery. I arrived home Friday and the very next day my shoes were delivered by royal mail. Can't praise this company enough for doing that, fabulous..”
