Great service I ordered the bag in store - the ones in the shop were not the right colour, but I was able to check that the bag was what I wanted. Very helpful sales assistant. It was delivered to my home promptly with no postage charged.

Great service, really fast delivery and nice shoes . Just what I wanted , very comfortable too. Is not heard of this company before but have shops around the Uk. I’m in the capital so don’t think we have them here . A long tradition in shoes apparently and experience shows . Thank you team!

Very disappointed that the shoe size was small. I always wear the size 39 / size 6. Never had a problem with any company.Added to the disappointment whilst I knew the policy was if you return you have to pay the postage. I was not expecting the cost to be that high at £4.75. Particulaly bad through no fault of mine I incurred the expensive cost to return because the shoe size was inaccurate.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the sizing was not as expected. I understand this is disappointing especially when this problem has not been encountered previously. Regarding the returns postage costs, we do ask customers to cover this to provide the option to use a service that is convenient to your needs. However, we offer a Royal Mail label on our website for £3.20. Instructions to create this are on the returns slip and on our website but I am sorry if this was not clear. I paid £5.99 for next delivery however it took 48 hours, as the shoes did not fit when I called up to ask about return and refund i was advised that if you make a order after 5pm they will not deliver the next day but happily take the extra money you pay for the next day delivery. They do not state this on the website or advise when paying the extra charge which was confirmed by a member of staff , it's only stated in the terms and conditions ! Very sly. I returned the shoes via recorded delivery 2 days ago and still not received any communication from them! DO NOT USE

All orders placed with Next Day delivery before 5pm are sent out that same day. However, orders placed after 5pm are dispatched as soon as possible on the following working day due to our warehouse operating times.
