“Item was out of stock, so asked to be notified when back in stock. Ordered slippers and they were delivered in a few days. But then realised I had ordered wrong size. 😬. Took them back to Newcastle shop and young lady was very helpful and brought me the right size and returned the wrong ones. All done within a matter of minutes. Thought I would have to pay and wait for refund on the wrong size. No all sorted there and then. EXCELLENT SERVICE all round.”

All those criteria were met and the footwear was delivered in good condition. Overall this was a satisfactory transaction - not for the firt time with this company - which is all a purchaser can ask for fairly.
