All those criteria were met and the footwear was delivered in good condition. Overall this was a satisfactory transaction - not for the firt time with this company - which is all a purchaser can ask for fairly. “The service I recieved from Julie and the other shop assistant at Daniel in Windsor on the 2/12/25, was very good. I have a high instep and they took time to find me the correct footware. In the end I purchased three pairs of boots. Please thank them for a wonderful experience and I will go back there again.”

The last pair were about 10 years old and as I’ve popped them in the bin and tried on my new slippers I couldn’t help but notice how thin the soles on the new slippers were in comparison. Let’s see if they last as long as my other pairs…”

“Shop assistant was lovely. Disappointed that didn't have any choice of boot in my size. Had the same style again but had to oder to home address. Would have hoped to try on different styles, size 6.5/7 is not uncommon and pre Christmas would have thought more choices would be available”
