“I was looking forward to using my 10% off my first order on a pair of Fit Flops, however, when I got to the checkout the code did not work. I spoke with the online customer service lady who told me the 10% off code could not be used on reduced items. The text I got had no small print stating it couldn’t be used on reduced items. I argued my point , however to no avail and wouldn’t have continued with the purchase but I was relying on my purchase to wear at my friend’s funeral last week. I was bitterly disappointed I did not receive my 10% off my first purchase and will not be using this website again because of this. I suggested that they add ‘cannot be used on discounted items’ to the text they send out to lure you in by offering 10% off your first purchase. Very misleading, false advertising and an unhappy customer.”

“I was very disappointed when my shoes arrived as they were clearly not a new pair of shoes. I have now received a new pair of shoes. The shoes were ordered in store. The first pair were delivered by post office and the second pair by courier. I would be very wary about ordering from you again. The delivery time is how long it took to get the second pair of shoes.”
