“These are lovely trainers...love the fact that the inner sole is removable as they felt a tad tight when I put them on...and my others from you are perfect,so have removed them and put some very fine ones in and hopefully that will do the trick as they look great and not the run of the mill!”

“I ordered a pair of Josef Seibel shoes from Charles Clinkard at the weekend - and they arrived two days later! (Thank you!) Sadly, I am now down to my last pair of feet(!) which do get very painful & swollen, but these shoes are supremely comfortable. I am 'over the moon'! Will definitely order a second pair as soon as I can afford them. Thank you, Charles Clinkard!”

“I received my order which was too big (absolutely my fault) but one of the sandals was marked and had obviously been worn or used as a shop try on. I took them back to my local store and managed to get the smaller size. The staff were very helpful and I did point out the signs of wear. I think it’s important not to send out shoes that have been used in the shop, if I was buying from the shop I would have had a choice. I certainly would not have wanted shoes that were marked.”
