“Good selection of shoes but the shoes I received looked to have either been ex display or worn before as the logo on the inner of one had rubbed off and the soles were dirty so had to be returned (at my own cost).”

“Well unfortunately my order went to another client and her order came to me. I have returned the wrong order back to your warehouse and await the other customer returning MY order to you which then hopefully will be sent on to me. A very nice lady called Cheryl from your warehouse is dealing with this and I do hope that I eventually receive my order as there are NO more of these shoes left.”

After ringing upcustomer services a return label was promptly emailed to me and I returned them Withinn a few days I received their replacement. A pleasure to do business with a firm that cares. This is the first time I have ever sent a purchase back from Charles Clinkard to have a replacement It was seamless.”
