I did have to contact Charles’ clinkard about my order due to a checking out mistake I had accidentally made ( wrong delivery address ) it was easy to find a contact number and speak to a real person ( not a robot) the lady I spoke to was extremely polite, understanding and helpful and corrected this with ease for me . The bridal shoes I ordered sadly didn’t fit as well as I had hoped due to a foot operation I have had so sadly the beautiful shoes I had ordered i I had to return, This was also done with ease and my refund was prompt , I can definitely recommend purchasing from this company and I will be a returning customer, Thankyou for outstanding service Charles Clinkard 👠❤️”

“I bought a bag from the Meadowhall shop. It was a present for my daughter and she’s very pleased with it. I was shocked to find that the Meadowhall store is closing down. It was the only quality shoe shop in the area. The nearest now is Leeds. It’s very disappointing as it’s impossibles to buy shoes online.”

“First time customer. Website clear with good product description. I prefer to buy shoes in a shop so I can assess before buying so I telephoned my nearest store (Chichester) to see if they stocked the slippers I wanted. Although they didn't they were very helpful regarding sizes etc and I went ahead with the purchase online. Very happy with the result and I am considering buying a spare pair!”

“This is the third time I have purchased these slippers - they are extremely good in terms of appearance and logevity. However, you use DPD for deliveries and they are not good in our area. I paid for next day delivery and the slippers did not arrive - can I please have the extra cost I paid reimbursed?”
